THE PURPOSE OF THIS QUESTIONAIRE IS:

Is to engage current Chisholm Institute students so as to inform ISAB of the recommendations surrounding the aims and structure of a revised Student Representative Body to be introduced in 2008.

Q1. Please tell us about your current level of participation
       within Chisholm Institute?

Eg. How often are you on Campus?
      How many hours in a week?
      Where do you spend most of your time whist on campus?
      have you notable experiences outside the classroom?



Q2. Please tell us about your expectations for a student culture
       at Chisholm?

Eg. Do you think Chisholm should provide opportunities for students
       to develop or participate in a student culture outside the classes?
       What sort of opportunities and how often?
      Do you feel student culture should be developed FOR students or BY students?



Q3. Please tell me about your expectations surrounding Student Representation?

Eg. What does Student Represenation mean to you?
       Have you ever had any past dealings with student reps?
       When, Where, or how would you expect to see or hear from Student Reps in the future?
       How would they contact you, and how would you contact them?
